New Zealand White

  • Originated in the USA.
  • Although originally similar to the New Zealand Red, it is a much larger animal.
  • It is the most suitable breed for meat production.
  • This breed grows very quickly, they can reach 2.5 kg (5.5 lb) at just 8-10 weeks old.
  • Excellent breeding qualities.

New Zealand Black and Blue

  • These are the same as the New Zealand White in every way except for coat and eye color.
