Oral beta-blockers
  • Additive adverse effects may develop if given concurrently.

Verapamil

  • Concomitant administration of timolol with verapamil   Verapamil   may cause asystole.

Calcium antagonists, digoxin

  • Digoxin   Digoxin  .
  • Prolonged AV conduction times may result.
