NSAIDs
  • Increased risk of gastrointestinal ulceration if used concurrently.
    Insulin
  • Glucocorticoids antagonize effects of insulin   Insulin  .
    Anticonvulsants
  • Phenobarbitone   Phenobarbital  , phenytoin   Prednisolone  and primidone   Primidone  may accelerate metabolism of corticosteroids.
    Acetozolamide, amphotericin, potassium depleting diuretics
  • Increased risk of hypokalemia.
