  • Cryptococcosis spp   Cryptococcosis  (often in conjunction with amphotericin B   Amphotericin B  ) or ketoconazole   Ketoconazole  .
  • Systemic and urinary yeast infections (eg candidiasis   Candida albicans  ).
  • Narrow spectrum of antifungal activity - most strains ofAspergillusand dermatophytes are not susceptible.
