  • All tablets are individually wrapped in foil, moisture-resistant packaging; do not remove until administration.
  • Refrigerate oral suspension after reconstitution - discard if solution becomes dark or after 10 days.

Probenecid
  • Decreases the renal tubular secretion of penicillin antibiotics and thus prolongs their blood levels.

Aminoglycosides

  • Do not mix in the same syringe as aminoglycosides.
