Corticosteroids
  • Increased risk of hypokalemia.

Diazoxide

  • Concurrent administration may lead to hyperglycemia and hypotension.

Calcium salts or Vitamin D

  • Risk of hypercalcemia if thiazides are administered concurrently with calcium or Vitamin D   Vitamin D  .

Sulfonamides

  • May potentiate thiazide activity.
