  • Hypoprothrombinemia secondary to ingestion of anticoagulant rodenticides, eg warfarin , coumarin.
  • Management of Vitamin K1 deficiency in patients with fat malabsorption.
  • Treatment of Vitamin K1-dependent clotting factor abnormalities.
