  • Beta-adrenoceptor blocking drugs, diazepam, fluorouracil, metronidazole, pethidine, propranolol, quinidine, theophylline - increased plasma concentration of interacting drug.
  • Ketoconazole - reduced ketoconazole absorption.
  • Lidocaine - increased risk of lidocaine toxicity.
  • Phenytoin - reduced phenytoin metabolism.
  • Warfarin - enhanced anticoagulant effect.
