Radiography allows assessment of osseous and soft tissue structures of the stifle   Hindlimb: radiography  .

  • Lameness/pathology localized to the stifle. 
  • Trauma to the stifle, eg kicks, penetrating injuries.
  • Investigation of synovial effusions/soft tissue swelling.
