pequis

Introduction

  • Horses may present for poor performance due to a change in their ability or level of performance or a failure to perform as expected. This may range from subtle to radical alteration, and there are a wide range of possible etiologies.
  • In previous studies, a definitive diagnosis was reached in the majority of cases (75%) by performing logical investigations. There may be multiple concurrent issues contributing to the presenting signs, which was found in 84% of cases.
