  • Open reduction and stabilization of scapular fractures.
  • Open reduction and stabilization of proximal humeral fractures.
  • Open reduction of luxations Shoulder: luxation - congenital Shoulder: luxation - traumatic.
  • Treatment of infraspinatus muscle contractures.
  • Sometimes, osteochondroplasty for osteochondritis of humeral head, although caudolateral approach may be more suitable.
