Beta-lactam antibiotics
  • Aminoglycosides may be inactiviated by penicillins, cephalosporins when mixedin vitro.
Heparin
  • Should not be mixed in same syringe Heparin.
Non-depolarizing muscle relaxants
  • Effects of non-depolarizing muscle relaxants may be enhanced by aminoglycosides.
Other antibiotics
  • Synergism may occur with penicillins or cephalosporins.
Other nephrotoxic, ototoxic or neurotoxic agents
