Introduction

  • Cause: extremely rare embryological anomaly (one reported case).
  • Ventral midline abdominal wall defect.
  • Ventral part of bladder absent.
  • Ventral abdomen wall formed by dorsal bladder wall.
  • Signs: bladder eversion through ventral abdominal defect, urine dribbling and scalding.
  • Diagnosis: physical examination.
  • Prognosis: extremely guarded.
