You may have noticed we’ve undergone a bit of a makeover. This includes rethinking our Vetlexicon search to be more intuitive and responsive to your needs. We understand things may not be where they were before, and if you do get stuck, do not hesitate to contact our helpful team.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you forget your password, you can click on the ‘forgotten password’ link under the log in section. This will then generate an email (which is sent to your registered username email address) with a link which will enable you to change your password. If you experience any technical difficulties with this process, please either click on the red support button on the Vetstream.com website, or by emailing support@vetstream.com.

For subscription queries: In the first instance please email enquiries@vetstream.com. quoting your practice/account holder details and your question and one of our team will endeavour to answer your questions. For account/payment queries: Please email accounts@vetstream.com. and our wonderful accounts team will respond to you within 48 hours. Alternatively you can call us on +44 (0) 1223 895818 and we will put you through to someone who can help.

If you are unable to view the content to the service/s you currently subscribe to, please click on the red support button on the Vetstream homepage and a ticket will be raised and answered within 24 hours. Alternatively you can email support@vetstream.com.or telephone +44 (0) 1223 895818 and we will try and help you straight away.

We would of course be very sad to hear this, but if you do decide to cancel your services, please email subscriptions@vetstream.com. advising us of your practice information/account holder details. All cancellation requests must be received in writing (emails are fine) and all cancellation requests will be acknowledged within 48 hours. If you have not received a confirmation email within 48 hours, please contact us on +44 (0)1223 895818 to ensure your initial request has been received.

We very much hope that this is never the case, however, should you wish to make a complaint about the service you have received, please email subscriptions@vetstream.com. providing your contact details and state that your email is for the attention of Vice President Sales, Lauren Billman and she will contact you as quickly as possible.
