  • Cause : progressive glomerular disease.
  • Signalment : mature to older (with chronic DM).
  • Signs : renal insufficiency.
  • Diagnosis : presence of renal insufficiency in association with DM.
  • Treatment : management of renal disease and diabetes.
  • Prognosis : guarded.
