- Signs : small intestinal diarrhea, impaired fat digestion due to lack of bile acids, bleeding tendency because of vitamin K malabsorption .
- Diagnosis : identify underlying hepatic disease.
- Treatment : eliminate hepatic disease, dietetic diet for liver insufficiency
. - Prognosis : guarded.
