Indications

  • Treatment of canine leishmaniosis Canine leishmaniosis in combination with allopurinol Allopurinol.
  • Licensed for canine use in several European countries.
    Dogs may be clinically normal after treatment but still harbor low load of parasites Leishmania infantum in blood, bone marrow, spleen or lymph nodes.

Adverse reactions

Other reported reactions

  • Injection site reactions including pain, cellulitis and abscess formation. Should not be administered IM in dogs as can cause muscle necrosis and subsequent fibrosis.
