General information

  • Scottish ancestry with focus on the Island of Skye, origins intertwined with those of the Skye Terrier and West Highland White Terrier.
  • Requiring little coat care and with its happy friendly disposition, the Cairn makes both a good house dog and a good family pet. Requires moderate exercise.
  • A lively active breed.
